We offer an extensive warranty system on all installation projects including an MS company warranty which is valid for all workmanship issues in conjunction with product specific warranty support in line with the current project.

We are NQA registered (1994) and operate a Quality Management System for all our Electrical and Communications Installations as per BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.

Each installation once completed will be assigned an Operations & Maintenance Manual which will incorporate the relevant information specific to the project, to include either all or some of the following sections:

- Test Results Installation Detail
- Warranty
- As Fitted Drawings
- Manufacturers Product Specification / Details

We have an internal Fault Response Facility which enables us to respond to large scale corporate clients and individual tenant callouts, in the same expeditious and professional manner.
